SHIPPING INFO

All of the dolls will be sent out by the USPS Priority Mail and other accessories will be sent out by the USPS First-Class Mail every Monday to Thursday.

 

We ship dolls internationally. You can check the shipping fee by choosing your country and entering your zip code on the checkout page. You are responsible for the shipping fee. Your country's customs might ask you to pay the customs tax when your dolls arrive in your country and you are also responsible for it. Shipping and Customs Tax are different in different countries. 

 

The doll in stock will be packaged and sent out within 7 days and you will get the tracking number by email. The pre-orders need to wait 3-6 months, including the production and shipping time(The companies are located in China). Once the dolls arrive at my place we will ship the order and email you the tracking number.

Shipping time is the thing we can not control. So if there is a delay in your delivery, we are not responsible for it. It can not be a reason for a refund.

SHIPPING TIME

The orders within the USA:

The package normally takes about 5-7 business days to arrive and if your package is not delivered in two weeks, please contact us. After we ship the orders for 4 weeks, they will be completed. All the refund is unacceptable. 

The International orders:

The packages normally take about 15 business days to arrive and if your package is not delivered in a month, please contact us. After we ship the orders for 6 weeks, they will be completed. All the refund requests are unacceptable. 

PAYMENT INFO

Layaway:

The full payment could be separated into 3-4 month payments. All the payment aren't refundable and your doll will be shipped only after you finish all the payment.

The monthly payment has to be finished within a week. If you fail to pay the monthly invoice, your order will be automatically canceled and there will not be any refund to you. 

The In stock:

Dolls in stock don't accept deposits or layaway. Thanks for your understanding.

PARTS EXCHANGE

If your dolls have any problem when you receive them. Please contact us within 3 days. I will submit the problem to the company to check if the part can be exchanged. 

Notice: The seamline, color difference, and minus uneven surface are not flaws. 

Also, if any parts of your dolls are damaged while playing with them. You can contact us and we will help you order a new one but it will charge you for the parts.
